Wireless router keeps on resetting!!!

I have a D-link 614+ Wireless router connected to 2 PCs, one thru Cat5, the other thru a Linksys 54G wireless PCI card. The connection works fine until the wireless PC connected to the internet. The router will reset itself, and it keeps on resetting until anyone of the PCs shuts down. Then it works fine.

Can anyone helps me out, tells me what's wrong? My internet connection is via DSL.

I have heard about many problems with the 614, but I thought the latest firmware fixed most of the problems. Try upgrading to the latest firmware to see if that fixes it.
