Yesterday was a groundbreaking day for me. I uninstalled Winamp after having installing WMP10 and messing around with it for an hour.

Winamp 5 for audio (basically just for the modern skins) and BSPlayer for movies. I haven't tried WMP10 yet, but it's garunteed to have a lot of clutter and bloat, and I doubt it has any advantage over BSPlayer.

I don't get the WMP love.

it's great for video, but audio? it's so big and chunky... I prefer my audio player to be tucked away in the corner where I can't notice it.

I'm pretty impressed with the windows media player. After every release since 7 :| I think its been getting better. THis version is faster than version 9 (the wait is much less when selecting different options) and feels less bloated too.

The FLAC support won me over pretty quickly.

(Yes I realize there's a plugin for Winamp.)
