When I'm using internet explorer whenever I move my mouse (while its got black text on a white background mainly), the edges of my screen go crazy, as if my mobiles going. I'm using a Belinea 106030 and an elsa geforce mx. Any idea. I've tried changing my graphics setting and nothing changes. Its only happening in Internet Explorer. Any ideas?

Sounds like magnetic waves hitting the Monitor. You can most clearly see them on backgrounds like you mentioned.
Speakers? Fans? Phones? Check for stuff around and over/under the monitor that could cause that.
Other than that, I don't believe it sounds like a driver problem but then again nothing's impossible

The amazing thing is that I get 5 responses to a message that I posted earlier with a more mundane heading, with some thoughts on the issue. Unfortuanetly they aren't the answer I'm looking for, it only happens in Internet Explorer and I doubt my monitor thinks about what application is running before getting erratic, nor do the magnetic waves.
