There is almost no differance if I use Mozilla or Internet Explorer.

IE Results:

Wow I am totally getting fuggin hosed!
My cable modem diagnostic webpage says they have set my max upload rate to 384K bps. The speed test is consistently giving me half that for upload (175 kbps or 21.9KBps). And it's 1 AM. Downstream I'm only getting 2949kbps or 368.6 KBps. GRRRR!!! :|

I wonder if bypassing the router and connecting the modem directly to the ethernet port will affect it. It shouldn't but I'm going to try it for a moment.

[EDIT] Nevermind, I suck. I forgot I had 2 bittorrents running in the background. When I paused them and tried it again got much better results. About the same as other Comcast folks are saying.
