Might of been less of a deal if she had recanted her words when given a chance. I heard she refused and repeated the claim. Made it hard for others to support her.

CNN said she told Obama that he should be nice to her since he is going to want her to raise money for him later. wich sure sounded like a threat to me.

Yes, the personal attacks from the "Monster" lady are fully justified and she's a freaking hero, and Ferraro, a distinguished public servant for most of her life, is a disgrace. Nice one.

"Monster" had no racial connotations.
Ferraro should have known better.

it is amazing how she was able to read my mind and the minds of all the other middle aged white males that voted for Obama in the primaries up to this point
i didn't even realize i had only voted for him due to his skin color until the brilliant Ferraro set me straight

I can very easily see how someone could think that many black people would vote for a black person just because he is black, same goes for many women voting for a woman just because she is a woman. Just like Romney won something like 90% of Nevada, which just so happens to be a mormon state, just like he is. Or how Huckabee just so happened to win over many of the evangelicals, since he can be considered an evangelical.
Are they voting for them because their values match and it just so happens that people of the same race/color/religion/sex share a lot of the same values?
But in this PC world how dare she say such a thing. It's naive and stupid, but to dismiss that thought merely because it appears to be racist is ridiculous. I think it holds enough water to be evaluated. And I'm not just talking in the case of Obama.

Another delusional Clinton cultist. Samantha Powers apologized, recanted her statement, and resigned IMMEDIATELY, you fucking idiot.
