Woah!!! Switching from a POS Hewlett Packard m70 17'' to a NEC Multisynce FE950+ 19'' is a WORLD of difference! My eyes are actually not hurting! The KDS was out of stock, and this one looked REAL nice , a lot better than the Samsung and comparable to the Sony.

Yes, you are! Congrats. I have an HP Ultra VGA1280 17" at work, w/a TNT2 vidcard. It'll do 1024 x 768 x 16 @85Hz, so I'm pretty lucky. But, going home to my Micron900MX (19&quot w/a Sony tube at 1164 x 8?? x 32 @ 100Hz is infinitely better. The 2D on my work PC hurts my eyes big time. Congrats on your new monitor! 379 not the best deal, but I was HUNGRY for a monitor and did not want to risk the shipping damage ( has happened to a lot of friends I know) , and the shipping time and cost.
