Woke up with some serious jaw pain.

29, 30, and 31 are killing me.

Appears I may need another root canal.
This makes five now. Am not looking forward to it.

I passed my 18th stone last month. That was not fun but it wasnt horrible either. Getting used to them.

It seems some old dental work has fallen apart and let an infection slip into my gums. Gonna need some serious work, topped off with a root canal, two crowns, and two fillings.

Pain in teeth probably comes from...teeth.

Heart-related pain (angina pectoris) lasts for less than 5 minutes and it's mainly located behind the breastbone. If it radiates to the jaw it also very likely radiates into the neck and left arm.

Gonna get it fixed this afternoon.

My insurance fucked me though.
They gave me pediatric dental care.

I dont have kids.

In fact I'm the only person on my policy.

So, I got fucked.

Nope. Didnt happen. Turns out this is not gonna be simple work. It will be oral surgery. Number 31 is coming out. But the nearest appointment is Tues, in the afternoon.
Hopefully I can tough it out until then.

They gave me generic vicodin. It helps, a little.

Well that sucks. If you ever lift, make sure you wear a lower mouthguard. Seems like any grinding of your teeth could be bad, may want to even wear one to bed.

I just got out of the dentist 2 weeks ago. Hadn't been to one in around 15-20 years so I was a little nervous. X-Rays said still no cavities into my late 30's. Stay away from sugar and stick to protein/fats! Oh, and brush at least once day and/or chew gum and/or use mouthwash.

cuz of reasons I do grind my teeth. got a custom guard. not very comfortable. the cheap generic one from walmart is actually easier to sleep with.
