EDIT: To be more specific, it refers to the rip coming from the DVD Region #5, which includes the motherland .
EDIT 2: To be even more specific, these rips are usually dvd video quality with less than stellar audio. The audio is usually not remastered and pulled directly from the telecine. I believe the purpose of the quick R5 DVD releases is to help curb rampant piracy in Russia, but amusingly enough, it gives us the releases :laugh:.
