The judge's so-called point that decorum must rule in a court of law was made with the original 30-day contempt sentence. Additional days are meaningless to a woman of that state of mind. So what's the point of 300 days?

Frankly, I hope this women keeps it up, a battle of wills, as it were. She should call him a fvcking asshole every chance she gets, and when he adds yet another 300 days, ask him why telling the truth is a punishable offense.

Obviously you and many others didn't read the link in the first post. She attacked her grandfather and the judge told her she could not be within a given distance of her grandfather's house. She went off on the judge and conyinued to do so until she racked up 300 days for contempt of court.

I thought many of you were smart enough to read and comprehend what took place but I guess I was wrong.

I understand completely, most people with a brain would have stopped when judge gave them 30 days for contempt and maybe apologize for disrespecting the judge/court but obviously some people are brain dead enough to rack up 300 days. I hope during that time this woman learns there are consequences for assaulting their grandfather and acting like an idiot in court. I have zero sympathy for her.

Not to say she doesn't deserve 300 days (or more) for her other behavior, but the judge should have had her removed and jailed after the first outburst (or at least the second). A judge egging on a defendant like that was unprofessional and its own breach of courtroom decorum.

That beautiful being judge was abusing his power and you expect others to just take it bending over? Maybe that's how you roll but fuck him. He needs a good reminder that he isn't G-d. Yes, somebody will challenge you in "your" courtroom. Yes, your silly sentences will be challenged and you'll be brought down to earth.

This has nothing to do with being civilized and everything to do with pettiness on the judge's part. He basically told her that he could make her life miserable if he felt like it. That is abuse of power and he needs to be reminded that he's a public servant, not a king or emperor.

If you ever have to appear in front of a judge I hope you try that shit that you're preaching. That woman probably had attitude like yours too before appearing before that judge.

Grow up a little more and you will learn that the world doesn't give one single fuck about you. You step on enough toes and someone will eventually give you a beat down to remember.
