If you ever have to appear in front of a judge I hope you try that shit that you're preaching. That woman probably had attitude like yours too before appearing before that judge.

My bet is the taxpayers have already been paying this woman's way as she was living with the grandfather she assaulted. Now the big difference is the grandfather doesn't have to worry about being assaulted for 300 days. The grandfather will most likely have additional funds at his disposal as well.

I'm not trolling by assuming he or londo is christian. It's an honest attempt to explain how either could come to conclusion that it's not inappropriate, since someone who accepts religious nonsense without reason could accept this without. Being non-religious is a necessary but not a sufficient condition for being predisposed to reason. Burks, who has an extensive criminal record including convictions for assault, disorderly conduct and receiving stolen property, is due back in court on her latest round of cases in September before Elyria Municipal Court Judge Lisa Locke Graves.

In the assault case Burks is accused of getting into a fight with Tiffany Castro in early July.

According to an Elyria police report on the Aug. 13 attack on her grandfather said that as Burks was being arrested she pulled away from police and ran toward McCray and spit in his face twice after officers restrained her.

My honest conclusion is the judge is a fucking asshole. The woman was being ridiculous, but seriously 300 days for that? It's absolutely barbaric. Doesn't he have kids? Sometimes children and adults who act like them just need to cool off. The 30 days would have taught her a lesson just fine. Throwing more onto the fire when she was like this was serving no purpose but to further his own tiny power tripping idiocy. Shameful.

I have no idea what any extenuating circumstances, if any, existed, though. Maybe the judge knows her to be a piece of trash and was looking for an excuse to keep her away from us all for longer.
