I would have been happy with the coupons.

My last meal wasn't finger-lickin' good, so I guess I'm owed $30 million?

KFC ripped off a woman who ordered the bountiful bucket of chicken she saw on TV, but got a measly 8-piece instead ... according to her new lawsuit.

The New York woman told us her story ... she went into a KFC and paid 20 bucks for the "Family Fill Up" deal -- expecting an overflowing feast -- but got cheated. She contacted KFC about the false advertising and a rep offered her a coupon for her troubles ... but she told them to eat it.

Instead, she wants the restaurant chain to pay her $20 MILLION ... though she admits that number might be a tad high -- for a good reason.

A KFC spokesperson tells us ... they've got this one in the bucket.

The lady's name is Wurtzburger. I'm smelling a conspiracy.

http://nypost.com/2016/10/22/wheres-the-chicken-woman-sues-kfc-for-20m-over-false-advertising/

A Hudson Valley woman is finger lickin’ mad at Kentucky Fried Chicken, claiming its understuffed buckets are for the birds.

Anna Wurtzburger, of Hopewell Junction, says she bought a $20 bucket of chicken from KFC over the summer and was disappointed to find it looked much different than what’s in the chain’s ads.

“I came home and said, ‘Where’s the chicken?’ I thought I was going to have a couple of meals,” she told The Post.

“They say it feeds the whole family … They’re showing a bucket that’s overflowing with chicken,” the 64-year-old widow griped. “You get half a bucket! That’s false advertising, and it doesn’t feed the whole family. They’re small pieces!”

Wurtzburger rang up the fast-food giant’s Georgia headquarters to complain, and was told the chicken was portrayed prominently on the commercial “so that the public could see the chicken.”

“If you want the public to look at your chicken, put it in a dish,” she fumed. “It’s a lot of BS. … I expect to get what you’re telling me.”

Putting her money where her hungry mouth is, Wurtzburger hired a lawyer and filed a lawsuit, demanding KFC change its advertising.

She also returned two gift certificates the company sent her as a mea culpa.

“You know what commercial they should put on? You remember the movie, ‘Oliver’?” she said. “It was about the little boy growing up in the orphanages and he was hungry and he goes to the man, ‘Can I have some more?’ ”

Retired from the Fishkill Correction Facility, Wurtzburger lives off her Social Security check and said the KFC meal was supposed to be a rare treat.

The grandmother seeks $20 million in damages. KFC called the lawsuit “meritless.”

Jury awards her $20M, judge says "Whoa. Way too much." and reduces it $5M. On appeal, it's reduced to a paltry $1M.

More likely: KFC agrees to pay her lawyer fees and gives her free chicken for a year.

I should sue them for taking the double down off the menu, you know for the psychological trauma I experienced when it was gone from the menu.

Coincidentally, I went there a few days ago for the first time in a couple years. The chicken was greasy(more than usual/expected), and the potatoes tasted funny. I was just not gonna go back, but suing might work out for my retirement plan.

Crazy cat lady confirmed...

http://www.dailyfreeman.com/article/DF/20120305/NEWS/303059948

153 cats seized from home in Dutchess County
HYDE PARK, N.Y. -- Agents of the Dutchess County SPCA and area police seized 153 cats from a residence in Hopewell Junction and arrested the owner, Anna Wurtzburger.

The incident followed the Feb. 15 seizure of 47 cats and three dogs from the same home.

Joyce Garrity, the executive director of the Dutchess County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, said it was the worst case of animal hoarding she'd seen in Dutchess County.

The SPCA was alerted to the situation when East Fishkill town police visited the home on an unrelated matter.

Garrity said the house was in total filth when agents went there on Saturday.

"Think about changing those litter boxes, keeping everything clean and odor free with one to five cats and then multiply that by 20, multiply it again and then you will have 200," she said.

Wurtzburger was charged with 41 counts of animal cruelty. The Dutchess County Sheriff's Office also assisted in the investigation.

All of the seized animals were brought to the SPCA for care. None is available for adoption at this time.

The shelter is designed to accommodate 200 cats. It now holds more than 400, but Garrity said because of the work of staff and volunteers, the animals are all receiving appropriate care

Why no one sues Homedepot & Lowe's when all 2" x 4" lumbers are actually just 1.5" x 3.5"

Customers have been cheated for centuries!

Not only that, but they've been selling tools labeled as "Tool only, battery pack not included" without batteries!!!

On behalf of all cats and all KFC franchises, let's hope the judge batters, fries and sticks this waste of oxygen in a giant bucket.

Wait. It's supposed to come with 8 pieces of chicken. WTF? This will be thrown out of court in about 10 seconds.
KFC’s Extra Crispy $20 Fill Up™ has 8 pieces of crunchy Extra Crispy™ chicken, a large cole slaw, 4 biscuits and 2 large mashed potatoes and gravy to keep those friends feeling satisfied.

But twenty bucks for that? You gotta be kidding.

The court should toss her and the case out and require her to pay all of the KFC Legal Expenses.

Freaking ridiculous. The lawsuit system needs to be changed so these type of lawsuits arn't possible. The whole idea that you can sue for anything is ridiculous.

These costs get past back down to the customer one way or the other, so we are all affected by this. Consider all the times a company says "we can't do this" such as giving food to the poor, or pretty much anything you can think of. It's because of these stupid kind of lawsuits.

...and now I'm hungry for KFC. My heart is skipping beats just thinking about it.
