Yes, the earning power per person in USD is lower in China but the cost of living in China or Asia is much much lower than in the US. Almost everything is cheaper in China than in US. For example, a nice shirt in US is about $20 but you can not say a similar shirt will cost $20 in China too.
On the side note, most of ATOTers that posted in this thread need to go out, especially travel to oversea and see the world and learn about other cultures and people. Some of the posts in this thread are so pathetic and sad.
