When I have a girlfriend, they would always make me something to eat, they would always do my laundry. Now Im single again, and Im eating tv dinners and cereal, and I have two loads of laundry waiting. I am messing with this one girl right now, but I think I would have to start another relationship with her in order for her to cook for me and do my laundry.

Geez, where do you find girls like that? You're not in the US are you? My girl wouldn't even bring me a beer when I'm watching some games.

dump that hoe

sad person OP.......

im male, have been in and out of relationships, but i can cook, clean, wash up, do washing/drying, shop for clothes, household goods, food, can arrange furniture & coordinate colours/styles......and im not even gay...lol

have been able to do these things since i was a kid, not that i was forced to, mum would do most of it while dad was at work, not a sexist father, mum wanted to be at home with us kids and help us become well mannered and educated etc........but i often helped out as toys bored me quickly due to my hyperactivity......

my last g/f couldnt believe how easy she had it when we lived together for a while....lol

Nothing, aside from maybe a BANG! flop!, can stop stupid people from having stupid opinions and trying to spread them. All chicks are good for is boinking, laundry, and cooking? Whats really scary is that maybe his 'mommy' taught him that.

I own my home and live alone, therefore I take care of myself 100 percent. My girlfriend can't hold a candle flame to the raging inferno that I am when it comes to laundry. She sure can cook good food though and she's great at cleaning and she even brings me beer when she sees that I'm almost out.

The thing is though, I DO NOT expect this from her and I appreciate it VERY MUCH. It is very rare to have a girl like that and if you take her for granted she will dump your ass quick.

For those who need a woman to take care of themselves and want one for that purpose, grow up you whiny little sniveling snotnosed brats.

Hey! We all know thats not all they're good for. I never said that. I am just saying is I (and most men, don't lie) really take those things for granted.

The girl Im seeing now came over after I got home from classes, and she brought me a hot sandwich and chips because she knew I hadnt eaten anything yet. And a few mintes before she came over, I was looking around in my kitchen for something to eat. Those are the things I am talking about.

Maybe I am just spoiled.

Sounds a lot like my dad when asked, "Why aren't women allowed to be priests in the Catholic Church?" To which he replied, "They're not capable of performing the duties required." I guess being a Catholic Priest really does require the use of male reproductive organs.

First, LOL! This thread is almost funnier than "The day Shawn pwned himself" thread.
Second, your gf dresses you? wtf? Shouldn't YOU be undressing HER?
Third, I like idiots like you, you give me hours, days, even weeks of material to laugh at.

This thread is a whole big load of crap specifically designed to make you easily offended persons angry (and it seems to be working overly well today...), however, there are a few little gems of truth hidden throughout this thread, the most overlooked of which is that (at least in my experience), women want someone to take care of. I would easily guesstimate (or pull the numbers out of my ass) that 80% of all women want to "fix" a man, i.e., dress him better, make him look more 'presentable' to the general public, etc.

The last long-term committed relationship I was in was exactly like this. My girlfriend washed my clothes not because I wouldn't do it (or couldn't do it) but because she liked to. She read my subscriptions to Maxim and Stuff more than I did, and she wanted to try every little single self-improvement and sex-related thing she read in there; I don't know how to describe it, but there a lot of women out there that like to 'take care' of their man; I guess its thousands of years of maternal instinct... and even though the original poster didn't put it quite so eloquently, I think this is what he's referring to.

No, this thread wasn't intended to offend anyone. Seriously.

I agree with you. I think deep down, most women really want to take care of their man in the ways they know they can. Women are aware that most men are clueless when it comes to certain things, and women want to take care of those things. Men have this same mentality, where they want to protect their woman and make them feel safe.

Agree. Behind the OP's apparent cavalier and shallow attitude regarding the fair sex, he does bring up good points about genuine traits that many women (most?) possess. This is not a bad thing, but if mommy's little monster fails to appreciate this and fails to hold up his own end of the relationship, then he's certainly no prize for any woman.
