Okay, here's my story:
The pump for my water cooling system was slowly dieing day after day, so I took off my water block and replaced the pump with the same kind of pump, just new. Then, before I put everything back together, I blew out my case with a vaccuum to get all the dust and dirt out of it. I put the waterblock back on the CPU and turned my PC on. (which, at the time, is using all of the 'first' parts). I go into the BIOS to check out the temperatures to make it's all cool.
But, the temperatures were getting mysteriously high (low 60's) when they used to be in the mid 40's. I exit the BIOS to go into Windows so I can shut down my computer properly, but the computer turns itself off before it can fully load Windows. I tighten the waterblock on a little more just to make sure it's all even and tight and I turn the computer back on. Again, still have high temperatures. I exit the BIOS, the computer shuts off. But this time when I press the power button, it doesn't stay on for more than 2 or so seconds.
I have everything unplugged except for the CPU, video card, and 1 stick of RAM. I have tried different CPU's, motherboards, powersupplies and RAM but it still will not stay on.
