This might just be another obstacle that he places in front of you to see if you genuinely do have the desire to work at Gamestop. So if you don't hear from him, I would personally call him back. Think about it for a second: you have nothing to lose.
He said he absolutely hates it, it seems like he went on a rant for a while, a least a minute or two alone saying don't call him, no matter what anyone else says.
From the way he was ranting, I won't be calling him, but I hope to hear from him.
Oh, on an unrelated note, he told me I was his first interview out of the whole stack, so he couldn't give me any idea on how I did compared to others.
Yes, but what's the worst that could happen? If he wasn't going to give you the jo, and really didn't want you to call, then what? He rants some more? He can't exactly fire you, since he had no intetion of hiring you in the first place.
