Just finished putting together my new PC tonight. It's a AMD 64 X2 4400+, DFI Lanparty NF4, eVGA 7800 GTX 256mb, 2 gigs OCZ Platinum RAM, Seagate Barracuda 160 gig HD.

It all went into a Antec TX640B case with a 480 Watt Neo-power PSU. This had to be the easiest build of the 5 PC's I've done over the last 12 years. I started at about 5PM and was playing Call of Duty by 7:30 PM.

Anybody have any thoughts on my new system? I haven't tried playing with OC'ing or optimizing the MOBO settings yet, just using the defaults for the most part.

Do your homework. I shopped, read reviews, read guides, and read the forums here for nearly 2 months.

Don't impulse buy. Don't get rushed into buying because computer prices will almost always go down. Don't buy a crappy component just because it's cheap right now because you may regret it later.

loved it when i got this new system i came from intergrated graphics. I know that feeling when you can finally play a game with good frames
