That is an undeniably cheap price, but it's a pretty poor choice when you compare its output to other A3+ printers (for those who need A3+ output) or to similarly-priced A2/Letter printers. If you really want high-quality A3+ printing on the cheap, look for a used Canon i9100 on eBay. They can be had for ~$200 shipped. Then buy a $75 bulk ink refill kit from Inkjetgoodies.com and presto, you've got a fast, quiet, high-quality A3+ inkjet and a years worth of ink for less than $300.
Now, $300 is a *lot* more than $140, but you lose a lot of flexibility by buying this particular unit. You're locked into HP's expensive inks as (correct me if I'm wrong) there are no viable 3rd-party ink refill solutions for this model. Not only that, but while it's 6-color, it only uses 3 cartriges, making for less efficient use of ink (ask anyone with an Epson or Canon multi-cartrige printer and they'll tell you how each color ink is used at signigicantly different rates).
This would make for a great toy for someone who rarely prints A3+, but in the end it's in a tough position because someone who regularly prints images at A3+ would want something that gives better quality prints, and if you don't *really* need A3+, why not spend your $140 on an A2/Letter unit that will give you better prints for less cost per page?
