T1 lines are expensive because they're ridiculously amazingly reliable. If you have a problem that requires a technician on-site, they show up FAST.
Fios is cheap and not nearly as reliable.

How the fuck does having a t1 automatically = fast on-site support? I know companies that have t1's thru Mpowercom and the service calls are slooooow.

Oh I'm not sure then. Try entering an address near you. It was able to recognize an address I know that is not eligible for fios.That thing has never been able to find my address, that's why I asked
