Not much you can do about the overeating. Lay down and take nap if it's uncomfortable.

No I was starving I didn't eat breakfast before I went to football, and I get a huge appetite. I easily ate the two hamburgers ( they were not that big and home grilled ), and I also drank the protein drink, and they do not fill you up at first, but boy wait 10 minutes! And I'm fine now, I think it may of had some laxative in it, hehe.
