Work place restroom

Where I work the men's restroom has only one urinal and three toilets. When nature calls line 2 I obey man law by sitting in the furthest stall from the door. However, on many occassions, someone will come in and use the stall directly adjacent to mine when it is quite easy to see that the third stall's door is closed and, most likely, the stall is in use.

No one is using the urinal so they are clearly violating man law by sitting in the stall directly adjacent to me.

So far I have not seen any hand waving or odd feet movement, thankfully.

Is this common at other places of employment?

When I was in Basic training, we'd ALWAYS sit next to someone pooping in hopes of making them uncomfortable.

Not much of a violation imo since there's only 1 urinal, I would guess people piss into stall 1 quite frequently and I would not want to plant my ass on that. And since you've taken stall 3, that leave 2 as my next best alternative.

When I need to do #2, there is a nice private stall I use on the 2nd floor by our server room. Really only the IT people use it (although anybody has access), but only ever see one other person in there. Oh, and it's an oversized stall (like 2-3 normal stalls) and not a handicapped one. It also is set back with actual stone/tile walls on 3 sides so it's pretty secluded.

I dunno if the law applies to stalls. its more for urinals IMO. As long as he doesnt start talking to you. "hey hows it hanging? Waters cold huh?"

stall's are enclosed..therefore does law apply to them? i thought it was only for the urinals

i absolutely HATE it when im in a stall and someone comes in and walks right in front of it and tries to open the door to get in. WTF cant you just look below and see theres someone in it??????

It's easier for me to look above the stall door than below it.

Edit - What are you afraid of? Having someone see you poop? Trust me, it'll be a lot worse for them than for you.

I go for speed. I'm usually in and out of the stall in under a minute.

I keep another pair of dress shoes in my cube, where no one can see them. They're my po0p shoes. When I have to go #2, I change into those shoes. That way, when I'm in the stall, no one knows it's me.
