I don't get it. What cool and innovative HR recruiting did they think was going to happen? You are a recruiter at a tech company with zero tech knowledge, it was never going to be that interesting. On your best day you were a mild speed bump on the way to a job on your worst you wasted people's time. I wouldn't worry about references this "expose" isn't going to show up on google's radar.
Can't read it, stupid newspaper thinks people will actually pay money for news lolol
edit: chrome wouldn't allow me - even if i whitelisted adblock, but it worked in IE
Just another millennial who thinks they are special and things they need to tell the world about how unfairly they have been treated. Just F'ing quit and move on to your next job. You don't have to try and be the next internet sensation. Shut up, move on and we all will be happier.
Reminds me of that bag of rice chick who was eating well and buying expensive booze.
Didn't read the article as that website is, for a lack of a better word, useless. Not sure what it's about but reading the title I would like to say that if you work of a big company, any big company, you can do one 2 things. 1 - maintain a low profile, forget about big n quick raise and promotions, go with the flow, keep your head down and enjoy a cool, well paying 8 - 5 job. 2 - Do something with you life, build a career. If you go with the 2nd option the ONLY thing you need to be very good at, only thing that matters is networking and politics. You ideas and talent and useless without networking and politics
Exactly, he thought he was someone important in the world. He's just one of the many with a basic job.I don't get it. What cool and innovative HR recruiting did they think was going to happen? Yep. All I had to see was 'human resources' and I stopped. I mean, I'd like to talk directly to this guy. You got a useless degree, are working in a soul sucking position that is usually populated by worthless asshats, and you're surprised that you aren't having a fullfilling career? I have YET to meet an HR person that has any true problem solving skills. By and large they are back stabbing, 'company' people who will screw over every person working for the company given the chance.
When you question the ones where I work about disciplinary measures that you need to hand out to people, they refuse to give you an answer and want to come speak with there 'boss'. Because they won't take any responsibility. Fucking worthless. Fire them all.
Look like it is not all that.
