There's pros and cons to working for large, small or owning your own business.

It's cool working for a large company (I'm in IT) but then the amount of red tape for things is ridiculous sometimes.

Though most of the people I work with are pretty cool, all the way up to the VP.

I did sign a NDA but I can take some pictures.

I'm going to get moved to the Quincy center which is 12x larger than the one I'm in now.

At the center here we have around 300 racks and have room for maybe 40 more racks.

We should have close to 5000 racks (rackable, supermicro, dell poweredge, and a few HPs)!

Can't wait!!

I've just taken a tour of the newest and most technologically advanced datacenter in the world. I'll be working at this particular center.

Microsoft uses hard-cell battery backup, at our center we've created a system based on a primary source.
