I believe you're correct if we modify the statement to be "opportunity for education".
In todays neo-feudalism, wealth is access, to better opportunity, to approaches free of bureaucratic encumberances, to people of similar class, that the unwealthy never have, bequeathed to offspring that has no incentive to advance anything, except their own principal fortune.
The only education these people seek out, trends to the greedy, rather than the innovative, in one's character.

Equal Representation under the law used to apply to people, now it applies to Corporations and their lobbyists, first, then to the Citizens that are actually referred to in the Founding Documents.
I've been doing some re-reading and I find NO MENTION of protections to Corporations, anywhere.
Corporations became juristic persons through court decisions. You have to keep up with current material as well.
Oh yea, ease up on the comma usage just a bit.
