It is no use even trying to argue this with you. Obviously you have bought into whatever stereotype you have heard or seen. Farmers are very hard working people and a farmer is one of the least likely to be a redneck. Simple minded? How so? Racist? i will not comment about the south because i have never been there, but i know for sure there are rednecks in washington state. not in seattle (for the most part), but in the eastern and southern parts of the state.

I have to agree with Millennium. Not everyone wants to or can be a lazy slob who posts on Anandtech all day long making fun of people who score lower on "IQ" tests.

Btw, I believe the terms "cracker" and "white trash" were used in the early 19th century by northerners and rich southerners as a derogatory term for poor southern farmers.

Because they're undeveloped and uneducated. And I thought people in ATOT are smart enough to know that?

I'm personally from HK, I think my IQ is probably around 125-130 level. Almost 98th %'tile in the entire world. Yet I'm not smart enough to accomplish a lot of stuff. So IQ is quite useless in the read world, it only looks good in numbers.
