Have you ever try any on the list? I did with #48, 43, 39, 36, 30, 28, 26, 22, 17, 14, 13, 9.

Which item(s) would you like to add or remove? I don't really care for donuts and ketchup is not food.

By putting Ketchup in the list and putting Pizza on 2 they clearly show they have no clue what they are talking about anyway.

Many other much better foods should be on it beside some of the dishes there, and the list is poorly rated.

First is Thai curry which is absolutely bogus. I have had Thai curry and it is good however I don't think it is the best food that Thailand have.

Mexican chocolate is 3rd instead of Germany, Belgian, or gourmet chocolate is bunch of bs.

Malay sweet and sour fish soup is in 7th place, and no where to be found are Thais or Vietnamese sweet & sour seafood soup which are way better (perhaps the author may consider tom yum is Thais seafood soup).

Rendang is 11 from Indonesia lol. I had it less than 6 weeks ago at a famous Rendang joint in Indonesia, and IMHO it wouldn't make my list if I have a list of top 1000 foods.

And, I'm surprise that stinky tofu even made it on the list as well.


Below are things that I haven't try on that list.

i think they're referring to the fact that chocolate as a foodstuff is native to mexico, thus imported to europe. going by country of origin.

otherwise, hamburgers would be a fairly american thing, not german. after all, we're the ones known for taking it around the world.

I also notice that a lot of Chinese foods are definitely a lot better than some of the things on that list (I mean, like, ketchup? WTF?), and I'm sure a lot of other foods from other cultures taste better as well.

Not a bad list for stuffs I've eaten. Quite a few on the list I haven't. Need to visit Thailand, Singapore, and India. Not sure about ketchup as a food on its own but it definitely help bring other dish up on the list like hamburger and fish n chips.

I agree wholeheartedly. Ketchup didn't belong anywhere near that list. And, Pizza should have been #1, but clearly, their samples weren't prepared by someone with a PhD in Pizza.
