This looks like something staged. Gee the camera just happens to know where to zoom in and when to pan around.

As for that proposal @ the rockets game its a fake. Numerous teams have done it. It always happens around Valentine's day. The Rockets and other teams have admitted they stage it for fun.

Of course the guy could work at the park and have set this all up with some entertainment people too.

But it seems very much like typical streetmosphere type stuff that you see at the parks.

I did listen to the sound, and I realize it is good..... but they could have special mics from a distance.
