Worst 50 movies of all time?

Hah, thought I would be able to pick a couple out of the list that weren't genuinely awful, but that's a hard task. A few of them were kid's flicks, which are generally crappy anyway, but serve the purpose if the kids like them enough. Dr. T and the Women wasn't very good, but it certainly isn't one of the 50 worst movies ever.

Twilight absolutely needs to be on that list. It was genuinely terribad.

Ballistic: Ecks vs Sever really wasnt that bad. It wasnt great, but its a slightly better action flick than many I've seen. And it never deserves to be on all those Worst 10 lists.
I could see it being on a Worst 50 list, but it would be either 49 or 50, not 29.

Caddyshack 2 was mildy funny but not great. Again not worthy of a Worst 50 list. There are plenty of dumb comedies with Jack Black, Adam Sandler, and Will Ferrel that are MUCH worse.

Most of the rest do belong on that list. And I agree with their placement.

I agree with you regarding Twilight. However I'm sure a few tens of millions of teens/younger people would disagree, rendering our opinion irrelevant.

That Yahoo list is ridiculously wrong. While the Wicker Man remake may be bad it is nowhere near #11 on an all-time worst movies list.

They werent as good as the others and possibly a disappointment to fans, but they are certainly NOT going on a list of 50 all-time bad movies. They were well-made flicks that just happened to not be up to standard. They had plots, character development, cohesive structure, more than acceptable visual effects, and proper flow. They were just not great movies overall.
Same with the first 3 episodes of Star Wars. They were only major disappointments because the first 3 are available for comparison.

Wes Craven Presents: They wasn't terrible, not worst 50 movies of all time terrible for sure.
Not really complaining about the rest of that list other than surprised other movies aren't on there. Then again, the movies I can tell are terrible I tend to stay away from in the first place. They was enjoyable, but not really good.

I have not seen any of the top 18, but #19 (Open Water) I have. It wasn't that bad, I've seen worse. Actually after reading the entire list I don't think I've seen any others. Odd, I thought for sure I would have seen a few of those crappy movies.

Troy was okay, it was far better than 'Alexander'. There were some decent battle scenes, the acting was passable, and the budget was obviously there.
