Clapton. he had a cold and the venue sucks ass. Do not go to a concert in Air Canada Centre! It is not acoustically designed, it's a hockey rink/basketball court.

I heard he was equally terrible the last time he was in Oklahoma City. I didn't get to see him then, but several people from work did and they all said he was bad bad bad that night.

His opening act, Robert Clay, however, was excellent.

Easily the worst I have ever seen. They were part of a larger show I wanted to attend... and man they were beyond bad.

The worst concert I've attended is without question the Billy Joel / Elton John concert in Milwaukee many years back. Both of them sounded like crap.

#2 and #3 Bob Dylan
I was suprised, but it was absolutely horrid. First time was Columbia MD around 1991, the second was Tuscaloosa AL around 1993. Awful

I find this extremely difficult to believe, I've seen Joel at Nassau and it was a phenomenal show.

Billy Joel was sick or something - his voice was weak and quivering a lot. Elton John was seemingly healthy but he sounded like he was phoning it in. I don't go to a lot of concerts... maybe one a year. This is the only one I remember making me feel ripped off.
During this period, Prince began to attract attention for the clothes he wore on-stage. He wore high-heeled shoes and boots, and when questioned by the press, he remarked that he liked the way he looked in them[citation needed]. He tended to flaunt and express an intense sexuality on-stage in addition to in his music, and as a result, people began questioning his sexual orientation early on. His stylistic choices brought him trouble as an opening act for The Rolling Stones' two Los Angeles Coliseum shows in 1981, where he was infamously pelted with garbage while wearing bikini briefs, leg warmers, high-heeled boots, and a trench coat, in addition to being booed off the stage for his wardrobe.

The worst concert I have willingly gone to was Aerosmith during their Pump tour. Opening act was Dokken and they put on a fairly good show, mostly because I've always liked George Lynch as a guitarist, but Aerosmith sucked. Sounded terrible, didn't seem to give a damn and just generally slept walked through the show.
I had seen them previously on the Permanent Vacation tour and they kicked ass.....but the nigt of the Pump tour I saw them on was terrible.

The Mars Volta, opened for System of a Down
My god... it was like fingernails on a chalkboard for 30min. straight.
You couldn't hear any lyrics and you couldn't tell when one song ended and the next started.
Just weird whirling screeching sounds for 30min.
Then System of a Down opened up with Sugar, and we rocked out!
