You finish a 2 hour workout, where you killed yourself doing running, weights, cross training...

So your penguin walking back to the lockers and realize you got to take a number 2, so you go and sit down and realize 2 things;

1) You are absolutely exhausted and have no energy left to put any effort into anything..

2) You need to eat more fiber..

Not even towel biting helped


Update: I had some fiber and my bowel movements returned to normal

Yeah I had that during the cross training, it gets pretty bad sometimes, I've only thrown up a handful of times though thankfully. I know a few guys that throw up almost every time.
