AI has to rank up there a bit.

The sad thing is, it would have been so much better if Spielberg had ended it at the blue fairy scene, and let the watchers cope with the fact that not every movie has to be wrapped up into a happy little package at the end. But he just had to go and tack on the stupid aliens and ruin it

there arent any Aliens in AI (go watch it again). for me, AvP was pretty boring also.

Oh yeah, they were evolved humans or something now that I think about it. Still, it was a horrible scene and shouldn't have been there in the first place

err theres nothing wrong with ai, it just doesn't hold your hand and spell things out for you. the mecha are advanced evolution of robots thousands of years after the last humans have died. think how far the world has advanced since the last 100 years. of course the mecha don't look like robocop.

as for the blue fairy, theres nothing wrong with that since she's virtual. they download david when they find him in the ice and then run him in simulation. they even show a scene where they have the mecha looking at a floating display at the bluefairy/david. it wasn't wrapped up in a happy package really if you think about it. and it was the original ending.

i'd link to the mysteries of ai faq but it seeems to be down

Kill Bill: Vol.1

Completely boring. When the anime scene kicked in, I would have left and asked for my money back if I had been alone. People have spent hours trying to convince me that it's a great movie, but for some reason I hate it. I even tried watching it twice, but I still didn't like it.

Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle
Dark Water (From the writer of The Ring: This was Ring without the killer video)
Dumb & Dumberer (Rental, but I did pay for it)
Poseidon

And I can't believe somebody mentioned "The Aviator"!!! And Spider-Man 2? That was a sequel that was actually better than the first one!
I understand some people just don't like Vanilla Sky but that movie is uh...ahem...one of my favorites.

I totally forgot about this. I HATE this movie. I simply, simply hate this movie. The anime part was where I was went WTF?!? And a hundred Yakuza dudes and nobody has a 9mm to shoot the white blonde chick before she cut them up with the Honzo-whatever sword??? Reality check please.

Halfway through the movie, I went out for a cigarette. Then, I called my gf and cried. What really bummed me was that I had seen Pulp Fiction for the first time barely a week before I saw Kill Bill, Vol. 1.

well killbill was like hyper real.. or comic book style. its not gritty realism at all so it can get away with a lot.

I liked "A History of Violence" and consider "Anchorman" one of my favorite comedies.

The movie that takes the cake in my "worst" list would be "Cabin Fever"

oooh...Cabin Fever reminds me...

"Cabin By The Lake 2" sucked balls. Judd Nelson's character from the first movie was hardly the stuff of "legendary psychotic serial killers". Elevating him to demi-god status in the sequel was a serious case of the makers thinking they had the next big serial-killer franchise...not.

And Final Destination 2 left me dumbfounded. I wanted to nuke the theatre. I was that mad.

worst ever?... "Ghost Dad" with Bill Cosby
...that is, UNLESS they made a sequel...in which case it would surely reign supreme.

Kill Bill is exactly what it purported to be, a mixture of a Western and a Kung Fu movie. Personally I think the movie is excellent, and the martial arts choreography is awesome.

The one with Michael Keaton and Jack Nicholson? That moove was pretty good as far as the Batman series goes. The third or 4th Batman movie (the one where Aanold is the Iceman) has to rank somewhere in the top ten worst movies of all time.

Robot Ninja

Should have known it was gonna be bad when it could only be obtained from ebay on a dubed VHS.

This somewhat legendary movie amung my friends because one of their fathers (who will watch and sit through ANY move walked out of it). So we decided we had to know. And now we are out 20 bucks plus shipping and 15 minutes of our lives (it was off in 15 minutes, yeah it was that bad).

ANOTHER VOTE FOR THAT ONE!!!

Had the worst experience with that movie, other than the fact that there were these two obnoxious people sitting infront of me constantly commenting on the obvious, the movie just sucked!!!

The video games had much better plots! They should've just ripped it from there.

Mystic River. Hustle & Flow. Glengarry Glen Ross. Any Shyamalan movie. Most Stephen King movies. Kill Bill Vol. 1 (didn't see 2). Transporter 2. Good Will Hunting. Surf Nazis Must Die (although that's camp so it doesn't count). Too many more to count are all tied for dead last in my book.

Wow, I loved Unbreakable. I'm surprised so many didn't like it. Oh well.

I generally like the movies I watch. I don't watch many, so if I make the commitment to sit down for 2 hours it's generally because I've researched the movie enough to know that it fits my taste.

That said, I think "Date Movie" is atrocious enough to spread disease.

They were cutting away the ice etc IIRC and almost to the kid.

Dogville. Brilliant idea, but the movie completely redefines my definition of a horrible movie.

They were robots. Someone else explained this pretty well if you go back a page or two. I never took the time to look it up, but just assumed that they were robots because of their machinelike attributes.
