My non-contraversial picks:
Heaven's Gate because it was spectacularly dull and impossible to follow because you can't hear the dialogue.
Attack of the Clones because the script was laughable and the acting would've gotten the two leads fired from any dinner theatre in the country.
I picked these two because they were very expensive major dramatic efforts that failed for inexcusable, obvious reasons. I don't consider stuff like Night of the Lepus or Manos: The Hands of Fate because they were potboilers that were never really intended to be good films anyway.
