zits can be found in the ass. zits and hemorrhoids are not the same thing. different causes. But as painful as the OP claims, it sounds more like a hemorrhoid, though it's more difficult to treat than a zit. ...and by treat I mean cure.

Damn, some of these sound really bad. I've never had anything as serious. My worst was a fair sized zit on my forehead. I was in gym running around outside. I went to wipe the sweat off my forehead and accidentally popped it. A mixture of a blood and sweat proceeded to trickle down my face. It looked a lot worse than it was, though.

I get zits on my ass. He said "asshole." Not "ass-crack." There are blood vessels there that can get infected and full of puss. That's called a Hemorrhoid, hence, that's what he had.

i've also had lots of reallly annoying pimples that spread out along my jaw line. they'd have a really small center, but a huge ring of redness. at least a nickel in size, but the center head was only the size of a pinhead.

those were probably the worst things i've ever had. soo bad.

Wait a minute - are you telling me you just started cutting through your skin with a pair of nail clippers to get down to the zit? How far down did you have to cut? Did the cut bleed a lot and/or leave a scar?

I've had the really deep ones that never surface, but I've never tried to actually cut through my skin to get to them. They always went away on their own after a few days.

Cutting yourself like that seems pretty hardcore

An ingrown nose hair, try that sometime.
I almost got to have a full-blown instance of that. I thought it was just a damn nasty pimple, then I noticed that a hair had decided that it couldn't bear to see the light of day, so it got the bright idea to attempt to burrow itself right back in. The skin and pain receptors it encountered had other thoughts on this.
So I got to remove it, first with a needle to lift it out, and then....yes, a tweezers.

My tear ducts were also quite unappreciative of this entire fiasco.

I think I would have just sterilized a needle(as in sewing) instead, at least it wouldn't do as much damage.


And yeah ones in the ear can be really annoying as often there's no good way to get to them.
