Worst zit you've ever had?

On my ear lobe. I could feel my ear a little heaver and it hurt like hell. I ended up folding my ear a little and it caused it to pop, most satisfying one ever.

I had a sty.. I accidently popped it when i accidently hit myself w/ my hand. It was such a HUUUUGE relief. I've never had that kind of cloudy vision from looking through pus before. ugh. I dipped my eyeball in epson salt + water solution for a few days to just clean out the pus.

This wasn't a zit per se, but I recently had to have a boil in my armpit lanced. It was basically an infected sweat gland. The doctor had to keep squeezing until all the junk came out. She gave me a local anesthetic but it still hurt like a mother - 100x worse than any zit I've ever had.

There's nothing like getting a weird procedure done like that by a very attractive doctor and nurse.

hehe, my doctor (the doc i regularly visit) is rather attractive (about mid 30's or so, but oh so nice looking). I especially like it when she has to check for testicular cancer (the one where doc rubs your nabs and makes you cough). holy shit. The first time, I had a really tough time trying not to pop a boner..

the most painful i ever have had is ones inside the ear or nose.

grossest one was on the ass. right as the ass cheek starts to curve in. so whenever i sat down i was sitting on it. finally i reached back and gave it a good squeeze (i could get under it since it was on the curve of the ass cheek) and felt it explode into my hand. i had puss and blood all over my hand. it was nasty..but it felt better.

Same here. Had one deep in my cheek that refused to come to the surface, so I went to town with a straight razor. It hurt like hell, but once I got it drained it felt like the best sex ever.

i had a hemorrhoid that turned into a zit once. Most painful thing ever, but such a relief when I finally popped it. I let out such a loud sigh when I popped it that my roommate's gf thought I was jerking it in the bathroom

My worst have been in belt line and pubic areas... mostly because they hurt like hell for a couple weeks and then when they finally pop there is no stopping the bloodflow, or reinfection. The leaking puss usually causes a couple more before it's all healed. I get small painful ones inside my nose too... hell, I have one right now. The deep scalp "knots" can be pretty bad when you comb your hair and hit it. !@#!$
