Would Geforce GT 730 be compatible with Gigabyte EP35-DS3L ?

I searched at amazon

I am not able to decide which would be compatible, GDDR5, GDDR3 or DDR3 with my board?

My present graphics card is giving problems with repeat crashes and i would like to buy a new one.

I dont play games at all or watch movies.

But i will be using it for Audio and Video editing (mainly youtube 720p)

The cards with 384 Cuda cores and 64 bit GDDR5 memory will be the fastest of the bunch by far. The first and second cards at your link are good. The PNY card would be my choice.

The video card memory ratings have nothing to do with your system memory. All of the GT730 cards will work in your computer.

I would also like to upgrade my RAM to 8GB or 16GB

I dont know if the motherboard supports to 8gb or 16gb, i know it has 4 dimms slots thats all.

Honestly, since you're not gaming, it really doesn't matter. Any of them will work well for your use case. Video editing generally doesn't use your graphics card to do any of the processing, unless you're doing it with specialized software.

I would just buy the one that appeals to your bank account more.

Well, for the CPU, you should be able to put a Core2Quad in there, but those chips are expensive for what they are. A more cost effective route would be to upgrade to a newer platform.

A GTX750Ti should work... but I can't say for sure.

Any PCI Express video card will work just fine.
