I'm just looking for something easy, I don't need a drastic reduction in fat or anything like that. I'd even be satisfied if I lost 10-15 pounds over 6-9 months. I'm not looking for exercise regiments (although a few situps per day probably wouldn't help). I don't really have enough time for weight training or long periods of running.
Do some situps each day, run between classes instead of walking, eat less per meal and add to the number of meals, cut soda, drink a lot of water, try to add more fiber. I think these are the big ones. Anything else?
