Yeah was going to mention the fact that it's a duplex, I would not buy for that reason alone. It's going to be like living in an apartment. If you are paying for a house, you want a house. If you want to play games or movies with super high volume at 5am you can.

You get $50 wk. allowance.
How in the world could you possibly think you can afford a $500K+ home?

Oh, I guess your "Girlfriend" is rich?
Yet she can't pay a hospital bill?

I second the pooopie ambiance. That way you can walk around outside always reminded of how "shitty" things in your life are.

Talk to the godam neighbours, they'll tell you if there is a smell or other issues.

Lot's of highly opinionated free advises in here, be careful. I would listen to my real estate agent before listening to ATOTrs.

There is no back yard and it's touching the house next to it.
I would not buy another townhouse, nor would I buy anything on a small lot.

I wouldn't care about the poop factory as long as it doesn't smell.

This.

Hide your money.

Find a good woman.

This is not a house, it's a town house/apartment. You should really decide on what you REALLY want.

Maybe I'm mistaken, but it doesn't look like any part of the treatment facility is exposed to the open air. Is there a smell? Looks like you could pretty much drive around it. Park down wind one day and find out, ask someone already living there.

Never buy an attached house.

Plus I see that water behind the house. In heavy rains raw sewage gets dumped into the water because they can't handle the load (load lol). That's way to close for my comfort. Also looks like it's in a flood zone.

A little too close for me. Besides that empty lot may contain poop factory expansion in the future.
