Nope, I wouldn't (if I was single.) I can't stand attention whores. There are very very few celebrities I would ever consider dating (again, if I were single). I base my decisions a lot more than on looks alone.

Sure. Just long enough for her to drop a bunch of money on me and for the paparazzi to go "WTF is AbAbber2k?" Then I'd dump her, and all the newstand headlines would read "Nobody Dumps Paris Hilton, Suddenly Somebody!" Then I'd score a supporting role in a sh1tty/"B" movie and in the process get asked onto a late night talk show... probably Conan or Kimmel... which would probably focus mostly on my brief "relationship" where it would come to light that I only used Paris to get my name in the media. I become the new sweetheart of the media and my acting career takes off. In reality I'm only a mediocre actor and my fame actually ends up being built upon my attractiveness, propensity to sleep with every hot piece of tail in Hollywood and ability to treat women like sh1t because, hey, "I'm AbAbber2k."
