Surprisingly...there may be some truth to this statement. My chronic back pain went away when I started doing heavy back exercises. I think my back was just weak. Just a thought. I have no idea if it applies to running.

By some of your standards, I would be considered 'fat' (5'6, 145-150 lbs)... yet in real life, I have never had a problem getting the attention of the most desirable guys (well there was that chubby cross eyed period in elementary and middle school, but then I blossomed). And for the longest time, I felt bad because I was the 'chubby' sister (I have two perfectly thin sisters) and struggled with self esteem issues over it. Maybe personality does count for something.

Women of all sizes need to realize that there's plenty of men out there that find your body type attractive. Not all men have the same set of standards.

Except for jumbo whales that can't fit in the booth at friendly's. No one loves them. But they'll be dead soon anyway.
