Speaking of which, do rich kids ever get degrees in something useful? Before I went to JR College I've heard all kinds of stories of people getting degrees in "basket weaving".

Maybe this is because I from a working class background, but If I did get fithly rich, I would make sure my kids and grandkids learn very useful skills. That way in case they lose everything, they can still support themselves in some way.

With $6.5 million I wouldn't even need to go to college. I am confident I can live on that the rest of my life and comfortably too.

Even at a super conservative 3%, that's $195k a year forever. Yah, I'd retire.
