You've worked at a company for many years and you've recently gone through a divorce with your bitch of an ex-wife. To get back at you, your ex-wife decides to apply for a job at your company (although in a different department) and your company decides that she is the best person for the job.

Wasn't hypothetical for me. I found out my ex was working at the company I was at when she poked her head in my office one day. The company eventually discovered that they couldn't stand her either and dumped her even quicker than I did.

Let's say its fairly large, more than 1000 people on site. Does she have to disclose who she was married to in the application? I don't think she would.
