I'd get a F150 Lightning - faster than most cars and has all the capability of a truck. (Not to mention a true sports car is a 2 seater, so you're not missing any backseat room)
I've had both, but I wouldn't go back to a truck anytime soon. Too many people expect that since you have a truck, it is a given that you are the designated mover. :| They can't cram nearly as much in my Civic! I would think about going SUV next though.
If I had my choice, regardless of cost, fuel efficiency, practicality etc. etc. I would own a Ford F-350 with crew cab and extended bed. What can I say, I grew up on a Ranch and I like big trucks.
Motorex Blackbird Skyline GT-R r34...
DYAM! That is one hot car. 0-60 in 3.5 seconds, AWD, twin turbo and critics say it's as quiet on the highway as an M3. Anyone have $115,000 to give me?

They certainly are faster than most cars out there, but they don't have all the capabilities of a truck. First off they are a bit lower to the ground which ruins their offroad capability (also it is RWD only). Second, their payload is significantly lower than a regular F150. Third, they come with sporty tires which makes things even worse in the rain, and I wouldn't even think about taking it out in the snow.

I like having the 3 vehicles for my wife and I. My truck, her car, and something to haul the family around in. Right now its a '91 Dakota V8, '96 escort, and 2000 Tahoe. Next year its going to be my truck, something sporty but economical for her(maybe V6 Eclipse), and a 2002 Blazer.
