I think we would have to establish some kind of Mhz criteria in relationship to degree of ugliness.

For example, if she's a real bowser, she ain't getting it for, say, a crappy Celeron 300. But, if she had access to a few Google-like Linux clusters, I'd do her even if she looked like Janet Reno.
