Cmon now at least read a thread before you made uneducated comments like that...legal fees were 190,000 (about 1/3 of settlement, which is STANDARD PERCENTAGE), and each of the 7000! persons ordering should receive about $50 according to CNET

sorry to see you are so sick, nuffsaid. This suit is what MADE buy.co change its improper business practices, such as charging ccs before shipping...customer complaints fall on deaf ears unless accompanied by a lawsuit...and the legal fees were not 1/2, they are the standard percentage for such cases, 1/3, which is fair considering a tremendous amoutn of work had to be doen and if they didnt win they wouldve got nothing....
