Why aren't you guys going all-in on VET again?

It's a product like none other - RFID chips on blockchain for seeing total history of parts/origin of any product. It's great for supply chain management + eliminates counterfeit/knock off products.

And all this still means little if it can't secure partnerships... WAIT- they got PwC China & the national government of China.

Severly undervalued, even with the latest shilling on reddit.

I'm injecting $50~ more in VET this weekend.

My portfolio used to be: (first started mid Dec)
100% BTC

Then: (Late Dec)
50% BTC
50% XRP

Now:
55% VET
35% XRP
10% ICX

Of course I'm not shilling because... (I think I've been reddit too much to be saying this)
1. Sharing this info on this small forum makes 0 diff
2. I have very little holding to make any changes.

Just sharing the enthusiasm seen on the 'pulse' of cryptocurrency communty. Invest at your own risk, yada yada.

every human could own approx $3000 USD worth of BTC. That's... not exactly a lot.

Speaking globally (7 billion means every living human on earth, including kids), $3k is a metric shit ton. That would be more than the yearly median household income.

Hell even in the USA, how many people actually have $3k in CASH? I would bet less than half.

Best explaination I've seen of what is happening so far in crypto land:

https://amp.reddit.com/r/BitcoinMarkets/comments/7nzlwh/bitcoin_manipulation_theory

I've noticed these same *massive* buy walls as this guy is talking about in all the sh!tcoins being pumped, just saw one earlier in Siacoin which prompted my earlier post (and surprise 100%+ profit, and counting, in under 2 minutes ). This way institutional investors can buy Bitcoin inventory slowly without skyrocketing their own buy in price and keep Bitcoin price relatively stable as there is no money draining from Bitcoin like it really should be at first glance. With all the money seemingly going into alts Bitcoin should've tanked to $7,500 or less instead of consolidating between 13K & 15K.

This would fit wallstreet type trading perfectly.

Something is going on for sure - I was thinking this the other day - we're nothing compare to filthy rich whales. Why wouldn't they be tapping this ride? Get a couple of whales together and you got a market driving force. They've probably been in on this way earlier/longer than us plebs.

They can change the market at a whim to fit their goals/bottom line.

Thanks for this article.

@Zeze how do I buy vet?
https://www.reddit.com/r/icon/comments/7lk3ta/how_to_buy_icx_icon_token/

Follow this instruction. Except:
1. Preferable to buy ETH in Coinbase instead of BTC (much lower fees for transaction and sending to Binance)
2. Be sure to deposit your ETH to Binance in ETH wallet! If you send to a wrong wallet, then I think it's lost forever.
3. Their step 4, make sure you locate VEN to ETH (rather than ICX_ETH). Buy VEN with your ETH.

VEN is undergoing rebranding to VET. No action needed on your end. Good luck.

Again, there are plenty of other promising coins. Research and invest at your own risk.

So where are y'all buying all these alt-coins?

Might as well throw a few hundred on black.

The old saying (came across it again this morning):

"The purpose of the market is to redistribute wealth from the many to the few."

Seems especially pertinent lately.

that seemed to only work for BTC/ETH/LTC
What do you mean.

1. You buy BTC/ETH/LTC at Coinbase with fiat (USD currency)
2. You can't buy alt coins with fiat directly today. (alternative coins such as XRP, VET, ICX, XLM you name it)
3. Once you buy BTC/ETH/LTC, you send that coin to another exchange (Binance)
4. From there you can TRADE your BTC/ETH/LTC with other altcoins

Siacoin next cheap coin getting pump?

Ugh, my friend talked to me about buying it when it was back at .006 when I first setup my accounts and he had over $10k in it. He sold most of his at .03 and I was going to buy in at .032 but have been too busy.

It's amazing how couple days can result in thousands of dollars of lost opportunity cost.

-I bought VET at $1.20 ONLY a week ago.
-I wanted to buy more that night but sending money takes 8 days to verify.
-In the meanwhile VET went up to $4 right now

OMG. If I had used wire transfer instead of ACH, I would've had the money few days ago to buy more VET.

I STILL don't have funding arrived. Literally losing money by tens of thousands.

My little brother has been doing pretty well on the tokens. I wish I had the time/energy to chase them myself, but he's pretty much doing what I did back in 2014 (which then set me up for 2017-2018). I may let him manage a small fund for me. Maybe he could set me up nicely for the next mega bull run, assuming he gets back into ETH or BTC in time.

classic bubble syndrome
I welcome it, it'll crash all the trash coins, but not the current top5s. Blockchain isn't going anywhere.

Bill Gates says "Bitcoin is better than currency"

JPMorgan getting into bitcoin futures trading

Six More Megabanks join 'USC' Blockchain Currency Project
(Barclays, Credit Suisse, HSBC, MUFG, State Street, and so on)

If you read my prior posts, blockchain technology as a currency (i.e. Bitcoin) is just a small part of offering. Ripple (XRP) is complete opposite of Bitcoin. XRP is a product sold to banks to quickly settle transactions. Bitcoin wants to eliminate banks.

As I mentioned about VET (VeChain), they're using blockchain to apply RFID chips to products for complete history of parts/origin. It has NOTHING to do with alternative currency.

Blockchain is not going anywhere. It's the next 'internet' some folks say. Ride this gravy train while it lasts. How do you think Mark Cuban got filthy rich - wisely riding the dotcom bubble.

But then, wtf do I know.

You drank too much of the Kool-Aid. Just remember to cash out some before the music stops. When the music stops, everything will get trashed and nothing will be spared. Not the top 5. It the was same with the dotcom. Amazon, Yahoo, everything got absolutely crushed. It will be the same with crypto. The new winners out of the ashes won't be the old ones.

This is playing out so much like dotcom it's unbelievable. I'm having flashback to the glory days. I guess it's true when they say nothing is really new and history doesn't repeat but often rhymes.

Agreed.

1. Except, we're getting in still pretty early. We are talking about dollar coins, not someone who buys in at middle of 2018 at $50-60 per coin (for many alt coins) If it crashes, hopefully I'll be fine.

2. Also you're only burned if you're overinvested like a fool with exposure. I hear idiots taking our 401k & mortgage on crypto. I just spent my play money on this. If I lose it all, I wouldn't feel anything. If I win big - then yay.

Binance has their accounts opened back up.

I'm all in on VET per @Zeze 's instructions. He'll be held completely to blame if I lose my ass, while if I make a fortune, I will be sure to offer him none of the credit. Thank you kindly.
