This morning I was going through the Help Desk Queue to see calls were made and whether I can pitch in and help. There were the usual forgotton passwords and complaints that email is slow. As expected there was a bunch asking why Hotmail was down and how soon we could get it up (uhhh... ASAP....).
Then toward the bottom:

Description: User requests hardware support because she does not know how to set a digital watch. It's a Casio.
Urgency: IMMEDIATE - User needs to use watch this afternoon.
I think I'll go home.
