It has a 150W power supply. Don't expect to be able to put a good harddrive and good graphics card in there.

Hoghwash. 150W is sufficent for a few peripherals. I'd be more concerned with the unrulely length of the GeForce4 cards if anything, if that's your goal.

Woah! That is cool. I wish I didn't already have 3 computers. I will have to think about this one...

Ti4200 would fit, I think. And it doesn't consume as much juice as the other GF4 flavors. I might just have to order one and see

There was an article at Slashdot recently about these things. I would seriously consider one if it wasnt for the Power Supply issue.

If these are anything like the Shuttle SV-24s (which I believe they are) they use a 1U powersupply (2U?) but either way they're comply to a standard I think, not propietary, so you should be able to buy a bigger more powerful supply, but it could be a little costy.

it would be good to put one of these next to my Livingroom TV.

I'm skeptical of the Power Supply though.

Did anyone buy this before? let me know.

its all about the quality of the supply. HP uses 150 watt power supplies in their microatx p4 2.4 ghz machines, and they have 2 cdroms, 3-4 cards, and a hard drive, and its rock solid.

I have to agree with the quality issue. You're not sticking a tremendous amount of hardware in this thing, and modern components hog less power. 150w shouldn't be an issue. I've built a number of 150W HTPC boxes and they're still running strong.

Anyway, for those of us that do want one: how about finding suppliers for the different versions? I could do without all that "G box" crap painted on the side, that's for sure.

wow, i just read an article in maximumPC with the shuttle model. that one supports 478 p4s with ddr. the only problem with that one is that it has no agp support. anands newest article said that shuttle was gunna come out with one.

i guess i wont have to wait that long since this thing looks sweet and has agP!!!

how do you think these compare with the shuttle???
