How do those "authorized resellers" get customers and make money? Does anyone use them instead of going to the actual company store? There are tons of these hole-in-the wall service resellers in NYC and I'm just wondering what do they offer? I figure they won't be offering anything better than the actual company that they are reselling for so I never bothered checking them out. The places are also pretty shady, and that screams scam, anyone know about these?
