I did this too. My brother took the protective cage off the fan and lost half of the parts, so now it's a fan with absolutely nothing guarding it. The fan is over 20 years old and my parents still use it because it still works

My fan is a $20 piece of shit from home depot. It's extremely loud but it moves a lot of air.

I bought one bladeless fan from Chinese Website, It is more cheap Dyson fan.

I've used Dyson Fan at Wal-Mart, it is the same as what I bought.

Back to the topic...when I first heard of these Dysons, I thought they were Ionic Breezes times 100x without the air purification claim.

That's what I had thought too, but then I wondered what they did with all of the Ozone.

They are cool looking, but apparently they don't work as well as a bladed fan of same size.

I rather pay good money for a good quality bladed fan. I just bought a turbo aire fan for 100 bucks, well worth the money. For the little noise it makes, it moves a lot of air.
