If you just took your buddy named Chip and threw him, I am guessing he was inquiring as to why you did that.

I was arguing with him.

My hearing is fine and he's well educated so I doubt it is his english. He wouldn't tell me what it was. And I asked him to repeat it so I know it was "Why you throw chip"
