wtf duke nukem forever making a come back?

I heard a blurb on the radio about it when I got in my car but it was near the end so did not hear all of it. Just heard "so it looks like Duke Nukem Forever is making a come back".

Anyone hear anything about this? Is it released now? Is that even possible? lol

And, do I need to upgrade my video card?

I'm just scared that game actually does come out, so it caught me by surprise.
